Sobha Realty has announced a new project, 320 Riverside Crescent in Dubai, UAE. This upscale 57-storey complex will be located in the emerging Sobha Hartland II. There will be cafés and shops on the ground floor and a multi-level swimming pool with waterside sun loungers, cabanas and changing cabins on the terrace. The picturesque, landscaped Sky Gardens will be on the 18th and 43rd floors.
The following four types of floor plans are available:

Full floors are available to investors for upwards of AED 27 million (USD 7.4 million). Construction completion is scheduled for July 2027.

This upscale off-plan project will be part of Sobha Hartland II, a new community located between Ras Al Khor Road and Dubai Al Ain Road, a five-minute drive from the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
